Telecoms / IT Support Technician - Hardware - Plettenbergbay

Telecommunications Company based in Knysna, seek to employ an experienced, dynamic, service-driven IT support technician.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
•Grade 12 with relevant IT Diploma or equivalent in experience with software and hardware
•Own Vehicle and Cell phone
•Experience having worked in similar role, troubleshooting networks, systems and various operational issues that are resolved either remotely or on site
•Familiar with various software installations
•Solid understanding of printers, PC’s, Voip, Internet etc
•Self Motivated and eager to learn
•Prepare to work after hours
•Excellent Communication Skills

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
•Product knowledge and updgrades, software programs solutions and application upgrades.
•Technical Maintenance on existing and new clients
•Hardware installations and support
•Setting up of new PC’s, TV’s , printers, cell phones etc
•Project Management
•
Salary: based on candidate experience
